Cookie Notice

The Ancil application currently uses cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary to authenticate users, protect sessions, remember workspace and display preferences, and defend against abuse.

The public ancil.ai marketing site offers optional Google Analytics measurement through Google Tag Manager. Those technologies do not load unless a visitor allows analytics. Ancil does not use browser advertising cookies or third-party advertising pixels inside the authenticated application.

Authentication storage keeps a user signed in and refreshes secure sessions. Security storage supports request integrity and abuse prevention. Preference storage remembers selected workspace, theme, privacy choice, and similar user choices.

These technologies are required to provide a service the user requests and cannot be disabled through a consent banner. Blocking them in the browser may prevent sign-in or core application functions.

If a visitor allows analytics on ancil.ai, Google Analytics may process page URLs, referrer information, browser and device information, approximate location, and interaction events such as pricing views, article views, form progress, and conversion-link clicks. Ancil does not include names, email addresses, form-field content, or HubSpot CRM data in these events.

Optional analytics remain disabled until the visitor allows them. The Cookie preferences control in the footer allows withdrawal as easily as consent was given. Withdrawal deletes Ancil-accessible Google Analytics cookies and prevents analytics from loading on the next page load. It does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before the change.

You can delete or block browser storage through browser settings. Necessary Ancil features may stop working if required authentication storage is blocked.
