What counts as an engagement?
An engagement is a scoped piece of work. For Onboard, it is typically the implementation from kickoff through go-live. For Manage, it is a monthly retainer. Scope and price are confirmed on your discovery call.
Can I upgrade from Free later?
Yes. You keep your workspace, your portal connection, and your audit history. Upgrading adds an expert to the same engagement. No migration needed.
