- Rule
- CONTACT-006, STRUCT-003, CONTACT-007
- What it looks for
- CONTACT-006 looks at contacts that have a lifecycle stage. It needs at least 20 of them, and flags when Subscribers and Leads together are 80% or more. STRUCT-003 groups all contacts by lifecycle stage, with no stage as its own group. It needs at least 20 contacts, and flags when one group holds 80% or more. CONTACT-007 is advisory: it reports how many contacts are marked Customer and reminds you to confirm each has a closed won deal, because this check does not read contact-to-deal associations. All three use portal-wide stage counts when HubSpot provides consistent ones, and the contacts read otherwise.
- Severity
- CONTACT-006 is a warning. STRUCT-003 is a warning from 80% to 94% and critical at 95% or more. CONTACT-007 is info.
- Evidence shown
- The number of contacts in the flagged stages, the population they were measured against, and whether the counts are exact or from the records read. CONTACT-006 also names the Subscriber and Lead counts.
- Governed fix
- Not automated. Ancil reports the distribution and does not change lifecycle stages. Your team, or an INSIDEA expert, defines the stage rules and builds the automation.
