HubSpot landing pages missing a page title

Why it matters

The page title appears in the browser tab and is often the headline in search results and link previews. A blank title makes a campaign page look unfinished and lowers the chance of a click.

Missing titles usually mean the page skipped review. The same page often lacks a meta description, a working form or a thank-you path.

Draft landing pages pile up across campaigns. Without clear titles, it is hard to tell which page is live and which is an old copy.

How to find it in HubSpot

1. 1Open your landing pages list (Content > Landing Pages, or Marketing > Landing Pages in older portals).
2. 2Sort by status and last updated date, and note which pages are published.
3. 3Open each page’s settings and check the page title field.
4. 4For published pages, also check the meta description, the form and the campaign the page belongs to.

How to fix it safely

1. 1Write a clear, specific page title for each live page, ideally under 60 characters.
2. 2Complete the meta description and confirm the form, thank-you page and tracking work.
3. 3Archive drafts that nobody claims after checking they are not linked from emails or ads.
4. 4Add the page title to your launch checklist so new pages are not published without one.
