- Rule
- PORTAL-006, CONTACT-010, PORTAL-001
- What it looks for
- PORTAL-006 checks four fields on every contact measured: email, name (first and last both empty counts as missing), lifecycle stage and lead status. The score is the share of those fields that are filled. It needs at least 20 contacts and flags a score below 70%. It uses portal-wide counts only when all four are exact, and the contacts read otherwise. CONTACT-010 looks at contacts modified in the last 30 days and flags when at least 5 of them, and 30% or more, have neither a lifecycle stage nor a lead status. PORTAL-001 is informational: it reports when the portal has fewer than 10 contacts.
- Severity
- PORTAL-006 is a warning from 40% to 69% and critical below 40%. CONTACT-010 and PORTAL-001 are info.
- Evidence shown
- The score, the number of fields checked, the number missing, the contact population and whether the counts are exact. CONTACT-010 adds the unclassified count and the recent population. PORTAL-001 records the contact count.
- Governed fix
- Not automated. Ancil reports the score and the gaps, and does not change contact records for this check. Your team, or an INSIDEA expert, fixes intake and backfills the fields.
